Pinewood Elementary, Mims Florida issued the following announcement on Feb 23.
Pinewood will be hosting a walk-a-thon fundraiser for our physical education and safety patrols! As is indicated on the form attached, the money will be used to support new purchases for the PE program and safety patrols. The event will be held March 10th during students activity class. Students will walk for the 30 minute time period. You can either pledge a flat rate, or a per minute rate.
Students should come home with a form, but if it were to magically disappear from their book bag , here is an attached form you can print and use. Pledge sheets will be due on March 10 (day of event) and all monies will be due no later than March 14, but can be turned in as soon as you have everything collected. We appreciate your support of Pinewood Elementary!
