Florida’s State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report (SPP/APR) Please take the time to provide input on Florida’s SPP/APR. This is our opportunity to hear from you and other stakeholders on important decisions to improve outcomes for children with individual educational plans (IEPs) and their families. The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and we appreciate your feedback. We ask that you not include any student-specific information (e.g., names of specific districts, staff or students) in completing the survey. This survey is anonymous.
