College Of Central Florida recently issued the following announcement.
Senior Learners: More Than Just
Seniors and More Than Just Learning.

The Senior Institute was founded in 1992 as a funded program with the College of Central Florida to promote continuing education for residents age 50 and older then became Senior Learners Inc. in 2014. The nonprofit organization offers noncredit, college-level courses and social opportunities at the CF Ocala Campus and via Zoom. Classes cover a broad range of academic and non-academic interests including health, science and technology, travel, the arts, games, history, and languages. The program is run by volunteers, and instructors include current and retired artists, musicians, teachers, professors, doctors, engineers and scientists.
