College Of Central Florida issued the following announcement on Aug. 10.
Chasteen Selena knew she wanted to be close to family and attend a college that was located in the Horse Capital of the World. Selena grew up riding and knew that something that big in your life doesn’t just go away.
“Being in this program has helped me gain more knowledge that will help me succeed in my equine career,” Selena said.
Although she is still considering specific career options, she said the faculty and staff at CF have been really helpful especially during the pandemic.
“The program is not only cost-friendly, but the networking is priceless,” Selena said. “The staff really helps to guide you where you want to go and opens all kinds of doors to opportunities.”
