Welcome to Cocoa! The City Manager ran into some visitors from St. Augustine today at lunch who came to visit the Cocoa Village area. They took in shopping at the many unique stores the Village has to offer and and is pictured here with City Manager Stockton Whitten and OSSORIO Bakery & Cafe' owner, Emma Kirkpatrick.
