The second half of 2021: Home prices in Mt. Dora increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Mt. Dora rose by $70,900 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,900 - a 27.3% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Mt. Dora in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Mt. Dora for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,198, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
