Spring Creek Charter School issued the following announcement on Jan. 07.
This is for all existing student's parents in grades Pre-K thru 4th Grade, and 6th and 7th graders. All our 5th graders will need to complete a different form for application to 6th grade. Each year we need to collect Intent to Return forms so we may begin planning for the appropriate number of student seats for the next school year.
We will be collecting these Intent to Return forms throughout the month of January. If you are planning on having your student(s) return next school year, we need this form returned for each of your children who attend Spring Creek currently.
