AHS Announcements Week of 9/7:
Families, please SAVE THE DATE for the College and Career Fair on Wednesday, September 28th from 6-8pm at The Great Outdoors. The College and Career Fair is sponsored by Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce and ALL our students grades 9-12 and families are encouraged to attend. There will be over 50 colleges and universities on site to discuss post-secondary education options - there will be workshops to provide information on FAFSA, Soft Skills, how to stand out in a sea of college applicants, and there will be career options, including the hottest jobs on the Space Coast. Our counselors and administrators will be on site to help navigate the evening! We hope to see everyone Wednesday, September 28th from 6-8pm at The Great Outdoors.
Are you interested in becoming a mentor to one of our students? There are no special skills required, just a heart for kids and 30 minutes a week to become a champion in making a difference. There will be a CHAMP Mentoring informational meeting on Wednesday, September 7th at 12pm in the AHS Media Center. Come hear how you can get involved and support our students! Auditions for the Fall production of Nunsense will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, right after school in the auditorium. All Astronaut students are invited to audition for this production. Please see Mr. Coppola, Coppola.michael@brevardschools.org for more information!
