City Of Cocoa Government issued the following announcement on May 21.

A great key to the city celebration in Riverfront Park today for Javian Hawkins, former Cocoa High Tiger and Superbowl winning LA Ram. Loved ones, fans, and friends joined the celebration to honor a great young man on his accomplishments. 

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate Javian. A special thanks to DJ Q Plus for providing the sound for this event!
