Lake Technical College issued the following announcement on May 15.
CNC is the automated control of machining tools by means of a computer. A CNC machine processes a piece of material to meet specifications by following coded programmed instructions and without a manual operator directly controlling the machining operation.
LTC CNC students recently made two chess sets employing this technology to donate to upcoming community events that will be sold in silent auctions for charity. These students are rockin’ it! #fltechnicalcolleges #careerinayearfl #GetThereFL
