Hi Lakehawks, just a friendly reminder to register for our next TEDxLSSC Salon event, scheduled for Friday, February 11 at 12:00pm. The theme will be Mental Health.
Featured speakers include Dr. Candice Jones, board-certified pediatrician from Orlando and award-winning health advocate will speak on “Breaking the Cycle of Generational Trauma,” Lauren Parker, Licensed School Psychologist from Central Florida Psychologists specializing in mental health and social-emotional learning, will speak on the links between “Mental Health & Academic Achievement,” and LSSC student, Jeannette Paradee will be speaking on her own personal experience.
