Lake County Schools issued the following announcement on Sep. 30.
South Lake High athletics received a wonderful gift! The Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation of Baltimore and Niagara Cares partnered to provide the school with new equipment and improvements to weight rooms, dance studios, and food pantries. Furthermore, coaches and students are being led through clinics to train users in these upgraded spaces.
