Mt. Dora home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Mt. Dora rose by $105,800 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $284,000 - a 59.4% increase over the $178,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Mt. Dora in October 2018.
