Florida Congressman Daniel Webster announced that his office has returned over $1 million to residents of Florida’s 11th Congressional District in 2025. The funds were owed by federal agencies, including the Department of Veterans Affairs, IRS, and the Social Security Administration.
“Providing first-class assistance with issues involving federal agencies is one of my highest priorities,” said Rep. Webster. “I am pleased that my office has been able to engage on behalf of so many constituents – ensuring they receive the services and compensation they have earned. In just the first five months of this year alone, we’ve helped recover over $1 million.”
Webster’s staff works with agency liaisons to assist constituents by answering questions, finding solutions, or cutting through bureaucratic red tape. Webster stated, “I am committed to continuing to work to improve the quality, effectivity and efficiency of our federal agencies.”
Since January 2017, Congressman Webster has facilitated the return of more than $26 million in owed compensation and other payments to constituents. Residents needing assistance can contact his office at 352-241-9220 or visit https://webster.house.gov/casework.
