On Sunday, March 23, former East Ridge High School standout Madi Wicker’s current college team, the Mercer Bears, won 12-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Samford Bulldogs.
The game took place at Samford Softball Field. This was their third matchup against the Bulldogs this season.
The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 1 p.m. at Sikes Field against Chattanooga Mocs.
