On Wednesday, March 26, former Montverde Academy standout Makayla Navarro’s current college team, the Wichita State Shockers, lost 19-16 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Oklahoma Sooners.
The game took place at Wilkins Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Sooners this season.
The Shockers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 6 p.m. at Wilkins Stadium against South Florida Bulls.
