On Sunday, March 23, former Montverde Academy Inc. standout Cooper Flagg’s current collegiate team the Duke Blue Devils won 89-66 against the Baylor Bears in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Lenovo Center, this was the first game against the Baylor Bears during the championship.

Cooper Flagg’s hometown is Newport and game positions are forward and guard.
