On Sunday, March 23, former East Ridge High School standout Corey Battey’s current college team, the Prairie View A&M Panthers, lost 15-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Southern Jaguars.
The game took place at John W. Tankersley Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Jaguars this season.
The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 2 p.m. at John W. Tankersley Field against Incarnate Word Cardinals.
