On Saturday, March 15, former Montverde Academy standout Makayla Navarro’s current college team, the Wichita State Shockers, won 7-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the North Texas Mean Green.
The game took place at Wilkins Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Mean Green this season.
The Shockers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 16 at 12 p.m. at Wilkins Stadium against North Texas Mean Green.
