On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Montverde Academy standout Makayla Navarro’s current college team, the Wichita State Shockers, won 3-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Liberty Lady Flames.

The game took place at Eddie C. Moore Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Lady Flames this season.

The Shockers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 7 p.m. at Eddie C. Moore Softball Complex against Florida State Seminoles.
