On Wednesday, March 5, former Montverde Academy standouts Matthew Heyl and Salvador Alvarez’s current college team, the Stetson Hatters, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the BYU Cougars.

The game took place at Miller Park. This was their first matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Hatters’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, March 6 at 5 p.m. at Miller Park against BYU Cougars.
