On Friday, March 21, former Montverde Academy standout Makayla Navarro’s current college team, the Wichita State Shockers, won 12-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UTSA Roadrunners.
The game took place at Roadrunner Field. This was their first matchup against the Roadrunners this season.
The Shockers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 2 p.m. at Roadrunner Field against UTSA Roadrunners.
