On Friday, March 21, former East Ridge High School standout Corey Battey’s current college team, the Prairie View A&M Panthers, won 9-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Southern Jaguars.
The game took place at John W. Tankersley Field. This was their second matchup against the Jaguars this season.
The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 2 p.m. at John W. Tankersley Field against Southern Jaguars.
