Former Montverde Academy standout Marisol Gonzalez played on Saturday, May 17 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division III Softball Championship

On Saturday, May 17, former Montverde Academy standout Marisol Gonzalez’s current collegiate team the Emory Eagles won 5-4 against the Huntingdon Hawks in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at Lucinda Samford Cannon Softball Field at 3 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Huntingdon Hawks in the tournament.

The Emory Eagles’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 6:30 p.m. at Lucinda Samford Cannon Softball Field.
