On Wednesday, March 12, former East Ridge High School standout Corey Battey’s current college team, the Prairie View A&M Panthers, lost 7-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Houston Christian Huskies.
The game took place at Husky Field. This was their first matchup against the Huskies this season.
The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 3 p.m. at John W. Tankersley Field against Jackson State Tigers.
