On Tuesday, March 25, former East Ridge High School standout Corey Battey’s current college team, the Prairie View A&M Panthers, lost 8-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Incarnate Word Cardinals.
The game took place at John W. Tankersley Field. This was their first matchup against the Cardinals this season.
The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 4 p.m. at Moore-Kittles Field against Florida A&M Rattlers.
