Daniel Webster, U.S. Congressman representing Florida’s 11th district since 2011, has recently addressed several national and international issues through a series of posts on his official social media account.
On October 15, 2025, Webster commented on the timely payment of service members, writing, “Were it not for @POTUS’s leadership, 1.3 million active-duty service members would not have received a paycheck today. Two days later, on October 17, 2025, he criticized Senate Democrats over federal law enforcement funding: “As Democrats are playing politics with the livelihoods of our law enforcement, @POTUS and @Sec_Noem, are making sure federal law enforcement get paid. Senate Democrats must end their brinkmanship and pass the clean CR my @HouseGOP colleagues and I voted to pass last month. https://t.co/ymPEw4yuB3”.
Later that same day, Webster shifted focus to international affairs in a post about ongoing tensions involving Hamas and Israel: “Shameful that Hamas is failing to abide by the peace agreement by not releasing the 19 hostage bodies. We will not forget them and join our friends in Israel in praying for the families still waiting to receive and put to rest their loved ones. https://t.co/FETOndXosE”.
Daniel Webster has served as Florida’s 11th District representative since 2011 after succeeding Alan Grayson.
