There were two gas stations in cities across Lake County selling regular gas at the lowest price of $2.82 per gallon in the week ending Feb. 15, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.
The average reported cost of regular gas in cities within Lake County was $3.02 per gallon.
Of the 133 reported gas stations in cities within Lake County, 67 offer regular gas.
The average reported price of regular gas in Florida was $3.04, compared to $3.18 the week before.
Drivers across the U.S. have faced a rollercoaster of gas prices in recent months and years. Though the cost of a gallon of gas is dropping, experts suggest they may rise to $4 before the end of 2024.
